If the enquiry is not local to you then send them an Information Pack in an A5 size envelope, this should include:

1) Advert Reply Letter download now

2) FM Information Pack (found in Downloads section) 

4) Distributor Application Form (remember to put your name and ID number as Sponsor on form)

5) Catalogue

Only include the detailed Marketing Plan if this is requested, as you want to keep things simple.

You may also wish to consider enclosing a fragrance sample too, but please do make sure it is suitable protected in the envelope to prevent breakage.
